- Set up takes half an hour for all services to be present and active.
- User administration is very simple,where the appliance tales care of managing the file shares and email accounts in the background. Once a user account is created and the PC is connected,the user has access to all the services.
- Installing Lotus Notes and the Productivity Suite (called Symphony) on your own PC is a very simple process.
- Using Symphony is very intuitive,with a similar layout of features and commands as typical Microsoft Products.
In addition,as the appliance downloads,it installs maintenance patches itself;there is no need for you to regularly reboot it.
