Smart Box of Tricks understands that people are at many different levels of competence when it comes to dealing with I.T.. In addition,we know that spending money on an I.T. support contract can be prohibitively expensive for small businesses. Our objective is to provide a balance between support and cost.
We believe that the software we use is sufficiently robust and easy to use,that once installed and you have been trained,80% of the administration that is not automated by the server software (such as adding or changing users,swapping backups) can be done by yourself and not by an I.T. technician,thus saving you the large fee of an I.T. service charge.
For the remaining 20% of tasks,we can provide support on an ad-hoc basis as part of the Install and Train Package.

For those who don’t feel confident with the administration,who have critical business processes to support,or require use of some of the advanced features of S-BoT on a regular basis,then we have the “Maintain”package. This option is only available on S-BoT 2.
