For those who don’t feel confident with the administration,who have critical business processes to support,or require use of some of the advanced features of S-BoT on a regular basis,then we have the “Maintain”package. This option is only available on S-BoT2.
This package includes,in additional to Install and Train:
- Freephone technical support.
- Administration of the S-BoT.
- S-BoT monitoring and proactive diagnosis of potential issues.
- Replace and reinstall of hardware/ software.
- Priority booking of engineers.
- Free call out of engineers for warranty repairs. Any repairs that are required as a consequence of circumstances out of warranty or our control will be at cost.
This service covers the default options presented on the pilot offering. Any additional changes or services that go beyond the original scope of Maintain and will come under Consultancy.
